I had a great time recently doing an interview on the “Dr. Fitness and the Fat Guy Show”. Being trained in talk radio years ago and having hosted several talk shows, I have to say it really is my favorite format to “play” in. Especially when I get to share interesting tidbits many people might not know about losing weight, boosting metabolism and how to improve one’s life via taking the healthy route to ultimate health of the body and mind. My gracious hosts Dr. Adam Shafran and Lee Kantor (The “Fat” guy who I suspect is NOT so fat!) were high energy, interesting and know how to keep the pace moving in what could be a very dry format.
